Stop worrying so much about sudden loud sounds, because unless you wear ear plugs 24/7 (which is very unhealthy for the ears) you simply can't escape sudden loud sounds. They will ocure every now and then. Hope your spike settles soon.
Is it the case that your spikes in the past had all resolved? Or were any of them permanent? Also, had your T faded compared to how it was 6 months ago?
@Bill Bauer I coped with the previous spike, it was tough. It was the longest spike, I took GABA drugs, vitamins.
Now I am experiencing an easier spike, which arose after a loud knock of a spoon on a metal plate in the kitchen. I also visited the Soviet bathhouse, where the iron basins, and those around them, rumbled loudly. Do you consider this a real danger?
I don't think that any of those mini acoustic traumas are dangerous by themselves. But together they might be dangerous. In other words, if you keep getting those shocks, eventually the spike that you get might end up being very serious.
