Experiencing another evil T spike. Sleeping with pink-noise again. Yup, I'm the pink noise junky. I miss when my fan blocked my T! Jul 29, 2018

I might have to try that. My fave website—when I'm not having a neon red T spike, is rainymood.com. It's a lifesaver when I have to travel for work. :)

Oh heck - I just checked out blue noise! That just neutralized my spike! Thanks!

    Tinnitus Since:
    10\2013
    Cause of Tinnitus:
    loud noise/medication?
Learning to cope with the not-so-new [loud] crickets/ringing/bells like many others on this site. All of whom my heart goes out to, it's painful at times (and for some ALL the time). My dad (who also has tinnitus) reminds me that I'll get to a point where I'll forget it's there 80% of the time, this is my goal, to retrain my brain to stop [paying] attention to it.
