Depends on what you mean by damage. Damage to the auditory system? Yes, for sure! Other areas? No.

Like I mean does it mess up the brain causing visual disturbances...

In most cases I don't think it does. Personally I have had no visual disturbances from T. I have quite a few eye floaters but I have had them for looong before T came.

I have visual snow and black eye floaters.

visual snow, so yes. T in itself is brain damage
