Hi Kara. Are you still active? Is your T still 99% gone?

Hey Kara! Just read your story and mine is similar. Not positive how I got my T, whether from concerts from time to time, or I also was told that I have tmj, although not severe. Some popping when I open my mouth wide, and jaw pain when I’ve been clenching at night. I got a night guard from my dentist 2 weeks ago but it hasn’t helped. Does this take awhile to help?

I’ve also been considering a chiro. Did you go to one that specializes?

I’m not sure which doctors to go to, as my ent just referred me to my dentist, and my dentist just gave me a night guard.

        Hi there,

So sorry I haven't messaged you back, I didn't receive a notification. It takes a night guard to work, at least 6 months and stay relaxed as much as possible. Yes, go see a upper cervical chiropractor.
