        Still early days then. You’ll start to notice changes on your 3rd week onwards. Just make sure to walk and do what you would normally do. It will make you dizzy as hell , but it will be worth it.

        I have been there before. I wouldn’t stop obsessing over it. I reached a point where i forgot i was dizzy and focused on my T and H the most. But you’ll learn to ignore it. I promise
