      Hi Brett, I was just wondering how you are doing. I came across your post because I am having the same problem and it’s driving me nuts. 24/7 of this bass sound. I just slipped a note under my neighbour’s door because I thought that he was playing music or video games. If anyone has a solution, please let me know. Ear plugs work, but I need to hear my alarm in the morning and need to hear during the day at work.

        Hey @Jebbie. If you turn up the volume enough on the alarm, you'll likely hear it through the ear plugs. I've slept with foam ear plugs for months and always woken up to the alarm. As for work, look into custom molded high fidelity ear plugs with interchangeable filters; they don't mess with clarity unlike foam plugs, I use -15 dB filters and hear conversation well, an audiologist could probably help you with that.

        @Jebbie i just recently developed a horrible bass tone in the past month. Definitely the worst tinnitus I have ever experienced. I’ve lost a ton of weight because I’m not eating. Sorry to hear you are dealing with this too
