    I have tmj and I don’t know what helped it , I’ve had t for about 9 months and it’s just gotten better over time

  T is a 1/10 almost always , found out my Tmj is from my clear correct braces , I get them off in a couple months (: just gotta wait it out.

  Silence finally !! Well kinda, the ringing only comes at night (weird I know) but for the past couple days it’s been silent, I’m so thankful
