Thanks for your reply! Frequency is the only one i follow right now but they said if the damage is too strong the treatment may not work. Lack of progenitor cells. And I am around 80db at 4khz...and that distorted too so I am afraid of that statement a lot. Any idea of another approach with an ongoing trial?

Yeah me too but there was a posting in the frequency thread with a link to a reddit post where a frequency member/founder mentioned something like that. I am also not sure and I still hope its not true as hidden hearing loss can also reach 80db because the high frequencies can die easily. fingers crossed for frequency of course :)
