Woke up one morning and it was just there, ringing in both ears! Went to a Doc the next weekend and he said I had fluid in both ears which could of been due to a virus. I thought great when the fluid goes so will the T, but it didn't go. Got very depressed very quickly, was put on mirtazapine for the depression and valium to help me through the bad days. Some days it's better than others but it is always there. Trying so hard for habituation, but not sure how long that will take. This forum gives me some hope - boy do I need it!
