CrystalB my gosh I'm really sorry you have to go through this. My T is extremely intrusive and audible across many settings due to its high pitch; but it's not loud. @85dB T tagging you here.
Hello Manny and CrystalB. Nice to meet you. Sorry your T is such a burden.
My T is horrible, currently I use exercise and nutrition to deal with T. It's hard to motivate myself but I always feel better after getting my blood flowing and this also helps me sleep.
My current theory is that physical fitness promotes mental fitness which both together help us cope with T. (@fishbone's approach influenced me.)
Mine sounds like a 'FULL ORCHESTRA' of people inside my head, wetting their fingers and playing the rim of a wine glass, ok, thats enough party piece over...I said party piece over.....!
