Still upright, woke up with a Headache because between 11pm and 4am I forgot how to sleep with My head on a Pillow!

I haven't heard the Ringing in a while, I attribute this to 1/2 Flavonoids 1/2 tuneout.

Still here, still kicking.

40 push ups in 1 minute, 37 situps in 1 minute,body is in full revolt & so is Tinnitus after 3 days without Flavanoids, Costco time.

Still here, still alive. been focusing on training for the VPAT and getting a Job as a Deputy in my area.

Caught a cold, the pressure in My ears is dulling all sound, including the ringing, even in dead silence. hardly a ring at all.

Botched the experiment, passed out in front of My laptop. will try again soon.

Pulling another all nighter, not taking pills and going to Costco tomorrow which will increase stress factor, will post results.

Stayed up for a whole 24 hours & then went to the Gym, not a sound, never gone more than 3 days without them, I'll need to think of that.

Dylan, you wrote in another post about using ear muffs with music in a noisy environment.

As long that there's some music, and not too loud of course, it shouldn't increase the tinnitus ?

I just stepped over the defeated creator's block, now if only My HS was this easily broken, I probably shouldn't say broken... $#@& it!

25 hour wake, lower back muscles aching, HS in full resistance mode, old nemesis creators block returns... feeling great, commencing battle!

Not much on study, but I can confirm Flavoniod has been working, went off it for a while and the Ring came back, so it works for Me.

Insurance agency won't cover My new sleep cycle! Note; This is not to be taken literally!

Probably not the best place to mention fireworks, but, Happy Forth of July everyone.

I prefer the sounds of "Cannon fire" to Yappy dog out My window.

Haven't noticed the Tinnitus much lately unless I think about it or plug My ears, I suppose I can look into those self studies again soon.

No research updates yet, Job kinda taking the Reins right now, so close to completion...

Just read in a post by dailymail that Singer who hiccuped for 3 years is finally cured by brain operation.

Had a dream about My Tinnitus, I spoke to My Father about it saying; "It's little more than a mosquito in My ear, now"

Thanks Dylan let life be good to you. I hope that this can make us better and stronger then ever before

I knew this would happen.. they told Me not to... I started going fast, took the bend too hard and... crashed My sleep cycle.. again.
