Low T has been the norm for the past year? Been tough lately, quarantine and all. Here's to 2021 another year closer to help! Jan 4, 2021

Ah. I know you've had T for 2+ years. Interesting it (still) fluctuates. Did you get it from gradual smaller acoustic traumas, or from one big one?

Hard to say. Played music, attended many many shows/parties never had any problems until one party. 10 days later my head exploded. It did not fluctuate at first but now it does a lot

What do you think this? I have something similar that I no longer think is connected to my tinnitus. I thought it was TMJ/TMD but I've been treating that for close to year. Still have the dull pain.

Because like a headache, anything happening in your head affects your entire body systemically both physically and emotionally as with your heart. In contrast to something like a leg injury which generally has only a local affect. Remembering that I’m not alone in this helps❤️

Normalcy is something we take for granted when we no longer feel normal. Normalcy is a prized and cherished feeling. Normalcy, or having a clean bill of health, allows us the energy to do so much. Losing that...it makes other problems seem so small.

It doesn't tend to get worse over the shift. If it's up it's up and that's all there is too it really. If it's low nothing will fuck it up usually. I actually like the night shifts because I am tired AF when i get home
