The first few days were awful but I'm feeling better today. Perhaps my T is a bit louder because I have a headache.

I didn't notice much of a difference T wise, but that's not why I quit it. That stuff is poison, good job for ridding yourself of it.

Thanks @AZeurotuner. At the risk of sounding really overdramatic, quitting is actually so hard! I genuinely felt like death the first 3 days and still feel very average.

It is though... I felt like a crackhead and had the worst headache for a few days. Luckily it's a short withdrawal though. Hang in there!

I've cut soda out of my diet several times. The first 3 days I could barely stay awake. I feel your pain.
