What happened?

Gave me a defective product and won't refund me for it. He didn't send me a replacement like he promised. I haven't had enough time to use it to get an effect and I haven't had a working one since October. The old one is somewhere in Spain, and his manufacturer hasn't seen about finding it.

Oh God.

I'm not letting this go.

What happened ?

I didn't purchase through eBay. I did purchase through PayPal though. eBay is what I do as a hobby. I resell things.
