    Are you equating low B12 levels with low tinnitus? Vitamin deficiencies have been known to make tinnitus worse. Just make sure the B12 you're taking is the high quality, active form (Methylcobalamin).

    I think I read that low B-12 can cause T.
    Wouldn't that be great if all you need is B-12 !

    I also have low b12 and iron deficiency. I take a lot of supplements but it may be that I need to eat meat again. Tinnitus got better after starting iron supplements, but it might be coincidental.

    If T is because of iron deficiency, you get it in your left ear. Blood vessel related.

    That great your T lowered even if it wasn’t because of your B12. My B12 I was told was on the verge of being the lowest.
