    Tinnitus started out of nowhere 6/18/2016 for me. At first I didn't know what it was ... but after about a week or two, it was firmly established. I never had acoustic trauma. I always take care (very good care) of my ears. I used to have excellent hearing but now am told me I mild hearing loss in the upper end (7000-8000 hz). When I do an unofficial hearing test on my laptop, my left hearing drops out at around 9000-10000 hz, my right around 12000 hz.
