I know what you’re feeling but have hopes that you’re enduring this until mutebutton is released. Try to relax :/ drink chamomile tea, CBD oil, inositol, etc.

    Tinnitus Since:
    1984
    Cause of Tinnitus:
Rock band, loud music, metal fabricator and die maker
Loud music was always my go to and playing bass in several rock bands over the years has taken it's tole. My tinnitus is always there, never gets better only gets worse; coupled with hyperacusis and ear pain occurs if I am around ANY loud sounds. I have had tinnitus since about 1984 but it has been even more challenging because I cannot do the things I love, even playing acoustic guitar and singing just causes more damage. I have to avoid loud areas, production areas at work and seeing my favorite bands if now off the menu as well. When I play pool I must wear ear plugs, also with golf, same thing.
I am starting to lose hope as it is affecting my mood, my relationships and is very difficult to get a good nights sleep, this is extremely exhausting.
I am hoping... for a cure in 2020?
