I am very skeptical about the Korean Clinic.

Even if you're sceptical about this particular clinic the science behind is legit. You can do it yourself if you find the right doctors and can afford stem cells.

the science maybe legit in theory but I need to hear about people being cured.

To be honest I think you'll have more success with MuteButton since you had tinnitus for such a long time. I don't know what your situation is, but if you had noticable hearing loss for a few years the treatment won't be as effective since hearing nerve degenerates without input.
