Hi!! I am debating going to a stadium concert and was wondering what do you do to make sure your t doesn't get worse?

To make SURE that your T doesn't get worse, don't go to a stadium concert. You could wear earplugs or muffs or both to reduce (but not to eliminate) the risk of a permanent T spike.

Oh hey. I know this is a bit late, but make sure you have good earplugs. Cheap ordinary ones will often leave certain frequencies stronger than others, such as high bass frequencies. I recommend at least 30dB reduction. Another important thing to remember is to plug your earplugs in properly. You have to roll the plugs up, and then stretch your earflap back when inserting, then hold for a minute.

I decided not to go... I also have pain hyperacusis and i decided it was not worth the risk.
