How can I find the strength to go back to gym? I am very tired because of lack of sleep...

@Drone Draper I guess that is the right way. No use forcing myself. I've had sleeping problems for years so this does not improve my situation....

I got T just before Christmas. I went to the gym when I was sleeping 3 hours a night, going through the motions like a zombie. Just keep with it. Exercise may spike your T, but it's typically temporary and being tired from exercise will help you sleep.

Yes, after I left the MRI it was my first symtom. I believed it was caused by a muscle inside my ear, which then lead to issues with the blood flow and finally the noises. I ask my doctor about that on Tuesday.

I was making progress, the sounds became quiter I still had a sound, 2 actually, but it seemed to get more quiet, I actually had moments of silence in the morning for a few minutes or afternoon some seconds. On friday I went to my doctor and he said, now is the time to wait and see. I did not take any new meds on friday, did live a more normal life and boom. It came back so loudly that I was crying for hours.

I felt normal for 30 minutes. Watched TV, I forgot about T, even tried to listen to it but didn't hear it. Almost had tears in my eyes.

I've exposed myself a lot to noises in past 2 days. Vacuuming, listening music on low volume, went to mall..

Did this happen the day before, or the day when you got a T spike at the mall? I can see one getting problems after being in a very loud class for over an hour, but it is difficult to imagine it causing any serious harm in just 2 minutes...

I feel more aggressive than usual. Lack of sleep, maybe the prednisolon, and the fact I cannot do what I love. And can't even get a job.

I slept more than usual but I am tired. Exhausted. Morning was silent but now my head has this "static" noise.

Running did not do good. Now my head has been hissing for few hours. So it definitely has to do something with the blood flow.

You're right. Trap isn't the right word. But please fight it as much as you can. I know some have an awful, awful time with horrendous T that's impossible to cope with.

It is one thing to ignore the danger when there is nothing one could do to avoid the danger. It is another thing to be able to do something easily to reduce one's chance of making one's T louder and to refuse to do it.

In any case, if what you do doesn't work out for you, please share your experiences here, so that others can learn from your mistakes.

@Bill Bauer yes of course I will use earplugs if I go to loud places. But normal life sounds should not be blocked he said. Like when I am in a mall or outside running. etc.
