cardio has more effect on my ears then the wind. meaning if im out for a while it may seem worse after but I feel better and T is better the next day, maybe that evening
Good for you! I mountain bike often and play soccer 3x a week. Both always spike my T but it's not permanent. It usually settles down by the next day. Regardless, I won't let T deter me from doing the activities I love spike or no spike!
