Yeah static sound really sucks. Tapered dose pack of methylprednisone 4mg seems to help me some.

Is that the steroid?

It is a low dose steroid for inflammation. This morning my noise is solid but loud. I took Lyrica for spinal pain plus zolpidem. It seems the noise always wins. Makes me very irritable.

Got a reprieve from the static hiss. Must be steroid and/or Lyrica.
