Mind you, I took it for three weeks in april and it lowered my T permanently. I don't know if it was that or natural fading, but I'm back on it, so we'll see.
I take one table spoon with an 8 ounce water bottle three times a day, mixed with nothing else. Maybe a lil more than a table spoon, because I sometimes pour, but that is it. Do more than a week if you don't notice any shifts or changes.
