If you plot the volume vs time, it will normally look like a stock price vs time chart. It is normal for there to be retracements. What happens during any given week is irrelevant. What matters is the monthly trend.
If it was quiet earlier, it proves that it Can be quiet. There is a good chance that eventually it will be quiet all of the time. For now, be happy about the quiet periods and hope that they will keep getting longer and longer.
Might be the 3 minutes of vacuuming on Monday without protection (delay seems odd though), or stress on Tuesday.
Beh, atleast I am not back to square one.
Yeah, I sort of fell back into my old habits as it was not "real vacuuming" for me. Also it isnt something I would have seen as problematic in the past.
Sigh, it does seem like I'm pretty much back at square one, though I'm getting habituated faster. T is still the static TV noise though much more active, and a high pitched ringing (not so loud). 3-4/10, though rarely it goes down to a 1/10 for a couple minutes per day for some relief.
Yeah I am aware of that, but I'm scared this setback jeopardized my chance of healing. Today I have completed five weeks with T and I was making very good progress before this setback. I was anticipating having no T on this weekend...
Well I hope there's still a chance to heal even with a nasty spike in between.
Wouldn't say that. Mine started mild and after week 2 I made clear progress with every week. Some do/would recover in a short time if they don't screw up. -_-'
Some do, but if one still has it after a month, there is a good chance that it will take some time before one is over it (or before one gets to the "can hear it only in quiet rooms" stage).
