I think you shouldn't go. What you can get (90 minutes of entertainment) is not worth the risk of a lifetime of problems, even if the probability that you will regret your decision to go to the movies is small. Too much is at stake. In my first message, I was being sarcastic.

If you insist on going, of course you should wear as much protection as you can. But note that earplugs can provide a false sense of security.

In any case, what it boils down to is: if you can't do the time, don't do the crime. In your case, if you think you will be able to live with yourself if your actions result in you getting debilitating T, then by all means you should go. I am not sure how enjoyable it will be if you will know that you might be paying for the rest of your life for this little bit of fun.

@Bill Bauer of man this sucks. I am going with my GF to see aladdin but... You are right. 90 minutes of entertainment is not worth getting even worse T. I've been in loud places, in casino for example. And my hyperacusis has gotten better. I got some free tickets even from my father.
