“Made me”? No one can make you do anything, especially if it is going to make a physical illness worse. Unless they physically dragged you there, you should have written, “I went to a firework show”. Start taking control of your life before it’s too late.
Nathan, I have to assume you are under 15 years old. This shows how little your family understands what you're going through. Perhaps you can show them some articles about t so they understand better.
I’m actually 17 going on 18, and my family does understand what I’m going through, however, they don’t know more of the “subtle” things about Tinnitus and hearing loss.
I'm glad you have the support of your family. I hope you can find a way to explain things to your parents without offending them. It's so hard to say no without offending others but sometimes we must.
