I'm not sure what that is, but I've seen some YouTube videos. I don't recommend YouTube videos over an Audiologist. Will try to get in touch with one soon.
That's usually when I'm the worst. I lie down and it gets worse instantly. I get up and I'm fine. But whenever I'm asleep, I wake up and I usually have five or ten minutes of pure silence.
