Hi @Silvine, how would you apply BTS method or a coping strategy for an aggressive hearing distortion- an "explosion-" that is sound-evoked by sharp/abrupt auditory stimuli? It is not ignorable like ringing as it accompanies incoming sounds like an exclamation mark! (Yes I am under medical care for acoustic trauma). Thank you.
