I woke up in TOTAL quiet, my pre-T onset level. I couldn't believe it, what a relief! Now I can hear quiet low tape hiss, which is pleasant.

5th month in- my H has sorted, TTTS as well in last 2 months. Many moments of quiet T-wise, but last week aggravated T with no reason :(

This was my best day since my "sound trauma" which I had about 3 months ago. In the morning, I was T free and didn't hear it until 6PM ...

Last week, I woke up in the middle of night and my T was gone. I plugged earplugs to confirm-no T .The same happened on today morning..

One of the quietest morning yet.Might be a miracle considering that I didn't protect much yesterday evening(restaurant, bar, tram, streets).

My metallic tray dropped to another metallic bracket, then to the stone paving. Loudest "incident" since my T onset, luckily quiet evening!
