I am going to go the next year no headphones, concerts, bars anything in order to get better though. Asking for in the future. I was a DJ/producer before this had happened to me.
I do not believe it is a good idea Adil. If you have "Noise induced tinnitus", then my advice is to keep far away from headphones. Don't use them at low volume or with earplugs.
If I were you I would never use headphones again for the rest of my life. A member of this forum didn't use headphones for 6 years, her tinnitus was low. She returned to using headphones at low volume and within one week her tinnitus increased, and now she cannot work...
