Hey Nic, did you come back after a long while due to our newsletter? How did you like the newsletter? We haven't sent that many over the years, but thought that we may start sending them a couple of times a month... Not too often so we don't annoy people, but once in a while.
Ah ok, so you were doing fine? :) By any means, unsubscribe from it if you think it may cause spikes (understandably can be a reminder of one's tinnitus).
Anyway, if you consider yourself a "tinnitus success story", someone who has habituated at least moderately well after suffering badly, may I kindly invite you to write a Success Story here: https://www.tinnitustalk.com/forums/success-stories.47/
It doesn't need to be long or anything, but just a short piece on your personal struggle and overcoming tinnitus' daily negative impact. These stories help the newbies *a lot*.
I was just poking fun at you for the newsletter - I guess my tinnitus doesn't bother me so much even when I know it's there.
I will write a success story. I will wait and think before I do so to make sure I portray it in a realistic way, but I will start thinking about it for sure.
