    The first three months are the worst. If your tinnitus has faded (if only a little) compared to how it was six weeks ago, there is a good chance that it will continue fading and that eventually you will feel a lot better.

    Thank you for the information. Your posts on the forum have been extremely helpful to me early on in this journey. My T fluctuates day-to-day and throughout the day does not seem to be getting worse at present. Having run the gauntlet of things that could be causing my T, I am pretty sure I have narrowed it down to TMJ and related neck problems. Plan to start treatment soon.

    If your T is a result of TMJ, you are in luck. A number of people here (e.g., @threefirefour ) got rid of their T after their TMJ got treated.

    Both the neuromuscular dentist and chiro said I have it. Just need to see if getting it treated will help my T.
