Hey Momme, still very difficult, I've had better days then some worse days, the white noise generator helps to an extent, but I find the pitch of my tinnitus really cuts through anything. I guess it's better than nothing at all.. I've also had ear pain and hyperacusis since too, been a rough time unfortunately I wish I had better news. Thanks for checking in.

Just came on out of nowhere mate, can't think of any noise exposure I've had, but it's just like it was at the initial onset of tinnitus, feels very much like acoustic shock, ear feels extemely sensitive, hyperacusis and T

I don't honestly know if I can continue to deal with this level, to the medical community, We are desperately hanging on.

I have absolutely no idea, came on out of the blue, I had felt like I was habituating now I feel as though there's a needle of sound piercing through my ear with pain. Thanks very much, I'm really hoping it settles too. Hope you are managing also.

The only thing I'm doing is taking Flonase. I'm going to get a night guard from the dentist, therapy session, etc. We shouldn't give up. Perhaps we get some reduction. Shit sucks.
