Some days T is still reactive AF, others very stable & low. It's not H. If I could perfect sleep, I'd be close enough to normal again.

Don't listen to people who claim reactive tinnitus doesn't exist or is "just hyperacusis".

People who have had acoustic trauma(s) are more prone to further ear damage, more easily.

1x 87db-ish puppy bark near left ear caused T to worsen in said ear + brain & become reactive. No regression of H.

Mometasone furoate monohydrate (ie Nasonex) nasal spray spikes my T within hours. Great. Now I have no idea about what to take for hayfever.

Woke to sound of a balloon popping but it was just exploding head syndrome, I guess. So vivid and loud.

Hyperacusis (loudness or pain) is NOT the same as reactive tinnitus, other than being comorbid conditions.
