Me too. It's so ironic that I used them to keep away unwanted sounds, people's nonsense, traffic; and now I am stuck with an unwanted, annoying sound.

Yeah I am now going to stop using them too and already miss them. Stupidly kept using them this year, not knowing better and regrets. So unlucky :/

@aot haha I feel that!! i’d literally listen to music like all day long and it really limits when you can, it was such a comfort in public too but ah well guess ear health rlly is more important at this point. ive been slowly getting my life back, I’m glad to hear you’re doing better! give it more time and I think you’ll keep improving.

@Kriszti it really sucks! and to think earphones probably contributed to a lot of people’s tinnitus. I have always wondered how hearing aid with masker function are any different than earphones

@Shaz1 I feel that :/ I’d use them as such a comfort crutch, and now listening to music so much less just sucks. Don’t be too hard on yourself, most of us only learn about possible damages after we already have hearing problems!
