- Tinnitus Since:
- 05/2008
- Cause of Tinnitus:
- Possibly stress
Would be able to cope with the tinnitus if I could sleep. Although the buzzing is very loud it's more the vibrating/buzzing head which stops me from sleeping. Have been taking codeine at night as seems to help me get off to sleep but don't want to keep depending on it. This gives me a few hours sleep but still wake up and unable to get back off due to vibrations in head.Interact
