    Oh, so sorry. When I had it, I used to apply cold compressions on the back of my ears and that helped me. It only lasted me about 2 months. I hope you get better soon.

    @OnceUponaTime nice tip with the cold compression :) interesting.....I'll try it when I have a spike in mine (mine goes up and down)

    Hey, @TheDanishGirl. Yes, the ice would calm my entire ear from the pain, heat and burning sensations I felt. I also took 2 Ibuprofen. They never spiked my tinnitus but it helped calm whatever was inflamed. I also put it on my earlobes. I still do this when ever my ears act up.

    @OnceUponaTime hey thanks for the tips! I used to do the icing but on my current state taking off muffs is so hard :(
    I got pain H probably due noise exposure and meds, but after a huuuuge setback it got extremely bad

    There was a drill in the roof behind my house and in front too, for like 3-4h, after that even with muffs and plugs any sound I hear hurts, typing on my phone hurts lol

    It’s things like these that are the worst nightmares for us H sufferers. Like how the hell are we supposed to protect from these. Construction can happen anywhere :/
