I think so, i'm overweight and not really eating healthy. I'm like 1m80 for 106 kg, that's bad. But i'm walking like 15 km per day at work. Sugar intake and high blood pressure might be not a great deal. I need to find the strenght, that's few years i'm trying to stop it.

In my experience exercise has nothing to do with weight loss. Exercise helps build muscle. To lose weight, one needs to completely eliminate things like bread, pastries, ice cream, etc from one's diet. One should stop thinking of food as something that one enjoys.

It takes at most 2-3 months for the cravings to stop.

Two months should have been enough. I suspect it wasn't enough because you have had several cheat meals during those months. Every time you have a cheat meal, you reset the timer, and ensure that you will have cravings in the future.
