    Yep. The stress and anxiety sometimes stay with me, even if my bad Tinnitus days are long over.. That's the worst part of it all, really.

    Yes but I've not had a day in two months where I forgot it for a minute. I am more than an emotional wreck.

    Many people here can't forget about it for more than 30 seconds. When T is loud as soon as one doesn't think about it for 30 seconds, one thinks "what's that noise"... The fact that you get those good days is an encouraging sign.

    Sometimes I don't notice it at all, wonder where my T went and it comes back to my attention... those moments are the worst. But yes, I do experience this frequently.

    Today I took my three little guys biking. I have a 2, 5, and 7 year old. Between the wind, crying, etc. I didn’t really notice it. Step into my house- BOOM. Today, my left ear has taken the lead roll in my tinnitus journey. A nice change. Lol ‍♂️ Sounds like someone left the water on in the sink. And my original pitch (although faint and no longer a pure tone) still fighting to get in the game.
