Been wearing the orthotics for two days now. I carry most of my weight towards the front half of my feet. Constantly shifting my weight back to my heels to stand up straight now which triggers tension in my legs which always returns even with daily stretching. Hopefully this and some neuromuscular reprogramming will be the ultimate keys to my treatment and tinnitus resolution.
Moral of the story - consider the lower part of the body. Misalignment between the feet, ankles, knees, and hips likely contribute to problems with the neck and jaw.
