My two best friends and cousin are getting married next year - how do I attend whilst not making my ears worse. :(
Not getting facial pain from laptop speakers any longer! Still don't feel like I'm up to listening for hours or anything but it's progress!
A really good day. The bad days still suck but I am bouncing back from them a lot quicker. Hopefully a good sign.
Debating whether to go on holiday in 3 weeks with the fam. It won't be "loud" but just wary of potentially hindering my recovery.
The ratio of good to bad days is definitely improving but the bad days, even as they get more infrequent, are really tough.
Anyone else find caffeine spikes reactive T? Was having a good day until then. Also triggered facial/trigeminal tension
Side-effect of making me more physically anxious and 'tensed up' - wonder if that exacerbates my TTTS symptoms
At least I can listen to music again...trying not to push it and get carried away. Could almost cry with happiness tbh.
So my tinnitus has receded to barely noticeable but the hyperacusis doggedly persists...it's been getting better but it's soooo slow
