Hey Clare, how are you doing with your Bartonella infection? I just remembered I had one when I was around 15, and ever since I've been dealing with a cold/congestion issues that never fully go away. Since you have tinnitus too, I wonder if we might have a similar link there.

Achey knees, legs hurt. Bartonella sucks. Oh and obviously my head buzzing doesn't help

I might have lyme. Yikes. I did have. a bullseye rash 3 years ago.. things are adding up.

Your story about the visual disturbance is amazing. So, you have a model of how to do it. I am sure it must work with the tin in the same way.

I don`t blame you for not wanting to post on my thread. It is horrible there with all the fighting people and I have told them that I am not coming back as I started to get negatively affected by this.

The second most important aspect is not flooding myself with sound, which means ALWAYS enough support sound or masking. I did that wrong for a long time and made it much harder for myself than necessary.

I spent a lot of time fixing all sorts of health issues - most importantly low thyroid. I think this is important but eventually it boils down to the psychological level.

I think it is impossible to accept the tin - thats like rape. I tried to accept the challenge - that worked much better.

Lately, I say, "if the tin is there, it is good because it gives my brain the chance to habituate. If it is not there, that is even better :)

I think this attitude really really helped me.
