Hi! Things have been really quiet all day! Ringing but very low. This is because I am not around a lot of noise I think. This is what I’m concerned about! I feel like things will improve if I use ear plugs at work but I’m afraid of over sensitivity... I think for sure I have Hyperacusis, I just don’t know how to handle this!! It seems very reactive lately. Ugh, I’m just wishing it away...
So glad you are getting some restored hope. I personally try to use plugs when I am around loud noise; even in Church worship services if the music is to loud.
Glad you had a better day! Mine was low today as well - it's nice to have a break! I'm sure with some patience the H will calm down too. Are you taking any supplements? Still trying to figure that out. Have a good night!
