    Yes. After the shower, vacuuming, blowing my hair. Doesn't matter if I wear earpro or not. It lasts a couple of hours but I'm not happy about it.

    It nearly always gives me an added tone, but I get the same time after being very active or really hot, so dunno if it's the noise of the shower. Similar noise sources don't spike it at all.

    I avoid using the shower head to not get spikes. I take baths.

    Yup. The shower always spikes my T. Such a pain cause I don't have a bath :-/

    Going back to this... earplugs make no difference, nor does the length of the shower, plus i get the same tone randomly from other things, so I genuinely don't know. Does always happen after a shower though
