Happens to me all the time. I think it’s the H.

Yeah, I think there may be more H going on with me than I initially realized.

Baseline T has consistently been louder now. My good ear which used to be silent is now hissing. Losing hope

T often changes a lot within the first few months. It's common for it to get worse initially, but give it time. I've read many stories of people getting worse then improving months later.

Even after almost 8 weeks of protecting my ears, and it still gets worse, you think that there’s hope?

Baseline T definitely seems quieter now. Visual symptoms still concerning though. VS in low light and I’m having trouble focusing my eyes

I've had very mild VS for years. It's gotten a little worse since getting T, but even then it has better moments. I'd try not to worry about it too much.

You can try reducing screen time, if possible. I find that makes it a bit worse until the next day for me. Mine is slight though.

Hey how are u doing with the visual symptoms? I was just diagnosed with vestibular ocular reflex dysfunction and it’s killing me.

And I just noticed mild visual snow for the first time while going on a run around dusk. Only seems visible in low light settings at least

First relatively quiet morning since my spike about 11 days ago. I hope this continues.
