Yes, the next 6 months will be the worst in your life. However, unless you don't experience any improvement in the first three months or so, there is a reasonable chance that after 2-3 years your T will fade a lot and you will feel better.

I've noticed improvements in first 3 months, I even heard silence few times, but for the last 2 months it has been the worst ever.

Something must have interfered with your healing and has given a spike to you. Is it the case that you have no idea what it might be? Have you been taking any medication? Have you been exposed to any moderate/minor noises that you found to be more disturbing than they should have been?

Well, when I first got T I had a bad H. So I Stayed home for a month, trying not to expose myself to any noise. I been taking magnesium and zinc but no medications. after sometime my H and T got better. I thought I'm healing from it. I remember my T was so faint that I sometimes forget it is there and I don't hear it even on silent rooms.

I didn't want to plug my ears and check if it is really there or not because my goal was to not to focus on T at that time and get back to normal life. So I stated going out again making sure the place isn't loud. I remember I was feeling pain in my ears when someone laugh/clap hands. also a discomfort in a 70db street

It sounds like you went back to normal life too soon. If I were you, I would get back to the lifestyle that had resulted in T fading. After 2-3 years or so, you might consider trying that "normal life" lifestyle again.
