    The intensity of my T is what gets me rather than the sheer sound level. There are probably many reasons why, but for me some foods definitely affect it.

    @Bill Bauer it has been up and down and all over the place. I was doing really well, but then one of my kids punched me in the ear, which set me back. It's more or less getting back to being better, but it varies day by day. Two days ago I was smiling, yesterday at my whit's end, today somewhere in the middle. I get ear pain, too.
