Watch out for syringing and trust the person irrigating your ears if that's the only option. Insist on manual removal if possible.
Havent managed to get it done yet. I usually opt for irrigation as suctioning was hugely uncomfortable for me. It blocks occasionally. Praying it eases the tinnitus.
I've never had a problem irrigation and I've done it about 6 times. Fully blocked again this morning, cant hear shit!!
