    Cause of Tinnitus:
    running w/headset jamming on LOUD / hearing loss
    Hi, I loved to run and be athletic in my 20's and 30's. Well, jamming a headset radio on LOUD rock and roll helped me get up hills quicker and faster, and to ride a bike harder in the gym...now I have a problem. Also could be a bit of genetic hearing loss going on, too, these days.

    Never had any treatments to help alleviate tinnitus, which bothers me ONLY when I focus on it, or when I am in less than optimal health, eg. flu, hangover, stress from work, etc. I find meditation relaxing and empowering.
