When I search for "Birodogyl wiki" I see Spiramycin being mentioned.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spiramycin
It looks like it isn't used in the US, which explains its absence from the lists of ototoxic meds. The fact that it has "mycin" in its name seems to imply that it is highly ototoxic. Amoxicillin is the safest antibiotic...

@Bill Bauer thanks Bill, I did 3 root canals on this tooth and I refused everytime taking any medication because of T. The tooth didn't heal though so I think I have to take it :(

the composition of Birodogyl is :
    Spiramycin : 1 500 000 U.I.
    Metronidazole : 250mg

I have a throbbing tooth pain that refuse to go away even after 3 root canals. I have to take this antibiotics and NSAID with it :(

If it helps, since developing T, I've been on four lots of amoxicillin (I'm a sickly person) and it's never affected my T. I wouldn't touch other antibiotics. My T was actually caused by the antibiotic doxycycline.

MOST people (and that includes the T sufferers) who take the medications that are on those ototoxic lists never have any problems. It's risky, but the chance that it works out is high.

If you can - avoid the risk, but of course if you feel like you can't avoid it, it's a different story.
